They’ve done great work for me over the years. This last time my dog peed on the Grandfather clock (and other places throughout my house), unfortunately, the urine ran down the side and mixed with the Stain from the clocks finish. Even though FixMyCarpets has done a great job with others stains and odors before, I wasn’t sure how they were going to pull it off this time. To my pleasure, they removed the Stain completely! They also removed the urine odor with a special odor cleaning process that no other Carpet Cleaner could guarantee. They guaranteed it and got the results.
